About Timberland Company

Our mission is to equip people to make a difference in the world. We do this by creating outstanding products and by trying to make a difference in the communities in which we live and work. We demonstrate this philosophy across all facets of our company from our products to our employee involvement in our communities.

Here at Timberland we are taking a “people first” approach to the COVID-19 outbreak, focusing on protecting the safety, health and well-being of our associates. By following CDC guidelines, we’re in the process of thoughtfully reopening our stores and corporate offices.

While our business remains strong, we are slowing increasing our recruiting efforts. We do currently have a highly select group of openings that are posted here.
